Anyone looking for a Racetech DL1 Datalogger?

Yes. Logged run data from the DL1 can be merged with video from your camcorder using TrackVision Desktop. Take a look at http://www.trackvision.net/index.shtml
Race Tech also offers a video merge product, but from what we have seen it requires a significant amount of effort from the user to do anything useful. You should compare the two. Prices are about the same. The TrackVision software is finally ready for release. We have added a bunch of features [dreaded feature creep delayed the release quite a bit!] and done a raft of testing.
You will be able to download the demo version later this week.
Sorry for the blatant commerce here - its just exciting to have this thing finally ready for release!

Apologies to the guys who tried to download the demo earlier this week - the ecommerce side of life had a few wrinkles that needed to be flattened.
Its all OK now - the site is live and the software is released. Almost better than hearing a rebuild start for the first time. www.trackvision.net

Princeton. TrackVision can accept data from any logger source that can produce a comma separated variable [CSV] file. RacePak Datalink software appears to have that ability, but that needs to be confirmed. If you know you can save a RacePak file in csv form, then yes. If not sure, I will check with RacePak.
Translation from a given logger's csv data [RacePak, Motec, etc] to TrackVision is nice and easy. We can do that to show you how easy. The Track Map feature may be the only problem. Non GPS-based loggers use some fairly bizarre approaches to approximate track position. We will need to see the data to be sure about that feature. Please PM if you'd like to carry this on, and many thanks for your interest.
