Default PBOC - Road Atlanta

Anyone run with PBOC in the SE? I'm considering the October race in Atlanta, and have a couple of questions:

How competetive are these races, should I invest in some hoosiers for the race or not.

I drive a stock SC in the PCA G class. What can I expect to see from the BMW's?

Seems like a good deal, 2 sprints and an enduro of $400.

Mark,

I plan to attend the PBOC race too.

I agree that it's a good value... Enduro on Friday, Sprints Saturday and Sunday.

This will be my first race with PBOC too.

I run with PBOC in S. Fla. They are a very well run organization, very similar to PCA. About the Hoosiers, most folks run with them.

Sounds cool. Just out of curiosity, what does PBOC stand for, I didn't see it on the link?

Porsche BMW Owners Club.

They were part of the POC (Porsche Owners Club) out of California and started the PBOC.

PBOC still uses the POC rule book.
