Break-in, tire pressure for Pirelli slicks
I am getting a new set of Pirelli race slicks. I have not used Pirellis before and need some in put on scrubbing them in and recommneded pressures. My Dunlop slicks needed an initial heat cycle and ran at perfect at 28 lbs. hot...

I also have the Pirelli slicks & Bob Woodman (the dealer) told me to run them between 30 - 33 lbs hot. They felt great at those pressures.

Do you guys really notice a difference if you break in tires. I never noticed any difference in my old R3S03 Hoosiers, and I have not noticed any difference in Goodyear radial slicks or the Dunlop slicks I run now. So I just run on stickers. What has been your experiences?

I have been running the Pirelli slicks for about two years now and do not break them in. I notice no difference. I run them for my 993 at 29/31 hot. They work great.
