Am I overdriving and adding corner counting to the prep list.
Fresh tires, 2 days, slight config change the next day, new to me track, max oem camber at -0.65, definitely not -3 camber on this bone stock, base Boxster. Am I overdriving, under pressure, over pressure?
Twice as many rights as lefts on these cw configs, next track is 2 days with twice as many rights as well so swapping tires right to left, have to add corner counting to my todo list.

I was guilty of overdriving as a noob a few years ago on stock camber in a 718 Cayman S. I trashed my tires much worse and more quickly than you - I was cording and chunking the outsides after 2 track days. I started a thread here and learned about overdriving. I thought I was fast braking late and hard and turning in abruptly to every corner. Instruction, study and seat time improved that.
Obviously it's impossible to be sure over the Internet, but I think your driving is probably OK. This looks like a reasonable amount of wear for that much use given the lack of camber. Tarett camber plates and/or LCAs are a good place to start. They pay for themselves quickly in term of tire cost, plus you get the benefit of better turn-in.
