I am excited to race this track, as I've heard it is a fun up/down roller coaster ride in a pretty location. But club racer registration is pretty low right now - hopefully it will pick up soon!

Anyone else planning to sign up?

 

I raced the inaugural race there with NASA in my Cayman. I have since raced there twice in a Miata. I love the track although my inner ear does not! It is the only track where I have to take Bonine to make it through a session without vomiting. That said, it is too close to Road Atlanta for me to go. I would however recommend to anyone who likes crests and valleys to go. It is a unique experience and probably the most challenging course to drive well in the country.

 

I will be down running in the DE, sure hope they can get the racer counts up.

 

my Tranny died at CoTa, have it nearly out and replacement on the way.

if all goes well, I plan to be there.

raced there twice with ChampCar, so I should have a leg up on practice day :-)

 

Three weeks away - still hoping more racers sign up. It's a new track for PCA, so let's all go learn it together! (except txhokie4life who's already raced it twice...)

Just been informed that there will be a car show and music festival on Friday, for those that will use the advanced DE, test and tune day. Be prepared.

 

There are 120+ cars signed up for the 3 day DE. The event is going to happen. Race event is confirmed.

 

Be prepared for what?

 

It's unfortunate that this event is after back to back PCA events at Road Atlanta and Lime Rock. Hope you have it again next year because the track sure looks to be worth the haul.

 

Extra traffic, people. Coming back from track and finding your spot occupied, Etc, etc, etc.

 

Separate line at gate for PCA event entry.

Separate parking area in paddock and garages for PCA event participants.

Spectators parking is segregated.

Professionally run and managed facility.

 

This place is absolutely amazing!!
