Most DE days in a row ?
What's the most DE days you have done in a row ? I see there is PCA Potomac followed by Chin for 5 days straight at Watkins Glen ?
Has anyone ever done that ? Too much ? How about car prep ?

10 straight twice
12 straight once (All at WGI in 2 different cars as I totaled one the afternoon of day 3 and went home and towed up the other)
Running 5 straight starting this Weds then 10 straight starting the following Thursday, all at Sebring but there is a 1 day break on Day 4 of the 10, so technically, 9 out of 10.
Hoping to have both cars there for the 2nd run.

I did 5 in a row at wg last year. It was a 2 day Niagra followed by a 3 day Metro. I did not find it difficult to stay focussed.
What i found was that the Niagra solo event (fast and faster run group and with no checker flag) was intense, fast and very enjoyable but exhausting. As i moved into day 3 (1st with metro) it was a more traditional hdpe event and i was able to relax with the 1st event day metro drivers. This was a good break in the action 4 me. The last 2 days the entire group picked it up and i was done by day 5.
I did bring 3 sets of tires, spare pads and rotors and more tools then normal. I support and inspect my car every day so that needs to be added into the equation.
This year i will be attending a 2 day chin followed by the Niagra solo. For some reason the wg weekends changed around and the Metro event is a couple weeks later.

5 = 2 DE plus 3 day race weekend.
DE only is four at WGI - 2 with Group 52 (miss that!) + 2 with CVR
I have yet to reach an amount of days at the track which are too much.

While I end every season wishing I had driven more, a three-day weekend is about my limit for a given outing. A 3-day event for me is usually open-track Friday, plus 4-5 sessions each on Sat & Sunday. That usually gets me to about 500 track miles by Sunday afternoon. At that point I am done - mentally and physically, from driving, time in the sun, walking the pits, working with my student if I have one, plus the attendant car care, tire rotations, etc. At 500 miles a few maintenance items start to crop up that I prefer to address in the comfort of my home garage. Plus, after three days I need to head back to the office to fund the next weekend :-)

4 days at VIR. Awesome!
Gives me the opportunity to skip 1 session or allow for weather. Just love VIR that much.
Have done Chin event at Sebring every December for Friday open track, Saturday, Saturday Night, Sunday. Good times!
Make sure that I have enough tires and brakes for the 3-4 days.

I'm planning on 2 DE days and then 3 race days in my 997.1 cup at VIR in March. With no power anything, it's a workout to drive. I've got a little over nine more weeks to get my 61 year old self in shape and five of that is on vacation. Is that an hour or hour and a half enduro on Sunday. At least the weather should be nice.

Have done the NIR/Metro and NIR/CONN 5-day combo @ WGI multiple time with friends doing the same. For a "out of town" event, the approach gives you a lot of opportunity and a good chance for good weather days.

My friends and I like to string together multiple tracks when the opportunity presents itself. We call it a Track Dawgs Tour.
Here are a few of them off the top of my head.
Five tracks in seven days in Chrysler Crossfires from Hertz.
Three of us flew into Cleveland, picked up Crossfires and did an evening at GingerMan (5pm to ~9pm), two days at Road America, Autobahn South, Mid Ohio, and two days at the Glen.
Two days at the Glen, an afternoon tour of the Flatrock Mustang Plant, an evening at GingerMan, two days at Road America, and two days at Putnam Park.
A day at PittRace, a day at Nelson Ledges and a day at Mid Ohio.
A day at Calabogie, two days at Mont Tremblant and a day at Mosport.
Two days at VIR, a 4 day cruise to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral and two days at Sebring.
