Thumbs up 2004 Loonacy posters

I noticed this buried in another lengthy thread so I thought I would give it it's own thread. We now have the new Loonacy Club Race posters finished and they are posted on the Nord Stern website if you would like to take a look.

http://nordstern.org/ClubRace/index.html

JimB is of French descent so we, of course, prominently featured him in the "LeMans" poster. (Maybe not in the manner he would have preferred <G>.) This year we went for more of a racing theme as compared to last year's Minnesota theme.

Want a set of all four posters? Just join us at Brainerd International Raceway, August 6, 7, and 8, for Nord Stern's 12th annual PCA race. We also run two DE groups which fill up quickly so register soon if you would like to join us.

How the heck did JimB get 2 shots of his car on the posters? (or is the Bill B? on the first?)

Have fun guys!

Bill,
Go to the bottom of the page and click on the small posters.

Eric,
Although it's hard to tell with a helmet on, I'm pretty sure I'm the best looking guy in the club. I assume that's why I ended up on two posters.

I'll make you a deal. If you come race with us at Brainerd, I'll come back to Road America risking life, limb and sheetmetal. Deal?

JimB

Duh, double duh. I know I am a computer moron, but I swear that wasn't on the web site when I first downloaded it.

Oh well, thanks

Outstanding poster, guys. If I lived even close I'd register on the strength of the poster alone. Must have a great crew up there!

Thanx - I'm printing one for the garage, at least.

Jeff,
Thanks for the warning. I never did feel real comfortable around that guy.

I assume you are planning on joining us at BIR in August. Roger puts on a great event but could always use some help with the umbrella girls.
Jim

Little know BIR fact: I once ran over a turtle under braking going into turn 3.
