We were guests of UBS, with AMG Petronas, so they had a site near the track where we met offsite to get our hard cards on Friday morning and then they drove us to the track. Can't help but would then assume you go to some will call onsite- hopefully someone at that company you got the tickets from can help.

I now have a backup plan but am still battling viagogo with whom I bought the tickets. Is anyone going to the Montreal GP and has received their tickets? If you can PM me a picture of the tickets so I can show AMEX that they have been released I would be very appreciative!

The pictures of the Miami paddock club tickets were extremely helpful as AMEX now knows that viagogo has been lying that there are electronic tickets for Paddock Club.

What a nightmare! Thanks to anyone who can help with this.

Sorry to hear of the troubles LV. AFAIK Hard cards are the rule not the exception at all F1 events.

I finally got my hard car tickets. What an ordeal!

Because this was such a bucket list item, and I was really sure this place was not going to come through, I purchased some pretty decent back up tickets that I now need to get rid of.

I have three Friday through Sunday podium club tickets (which are electronic) that I am selling.

The tickets are for "Table 45"

Positioned on the circuit's final turn, the exclusive Podium Club venue will provide guests with an unobstructed view of the drivers' last overtaking opportunity and the podium ceremony following the race. You'll have excellent views of Turn 20, Start/Finish and Turn 1.

The Podium Club includes:
-Access to the shaded open-air venue at Turn 20 with TVs, audio and WiFi
-Open bar with food available for purchase
-Concierge service
-DJ and photo activity
-Exclusive security lane entrance at gate 18
-Private restrooms

I paid $15k for these tickets - just make me an offer by PM if you are interested.

Did they finally admit that you were right and solve whatever the problem was? Or did the tickets just show up one day and viagogo was like "huh? this was always the plan!"

The tickets showed up and I am still getting emails from viagogo saying "we are working to resolve your problem". They are idiots.

No Montreal GP for me this year! Maybe next year as it was an awesome experience all around.

If you have never been to a GP I highly recommend it - nothing like it.

No, but they share the same management team as PCA.
