I think this depends on the driver, I bet the pro’s work that out so that the pucker grabs the seat and holds them from through the turn - that would be an elevation loss

If you guys want to see some wild runs over the bumps, check out Mike Skeen's in car from the TA2 race. Mike is always solid, but Thomas Merrill put down a killer move and lap to win the race. He qualified on pole, got dumped at the start (shown in this video at the beginning) and came through the field to lead the most important lap. Amazing. The lap starting at 6 minutes in was gold by Merrill.
