You may have seen that I am selling my Cup race car her on RL, I am also selling my personal membership at Spring Mountain. It’s a fantastic facility, but I just don’t get there as I have relocated to WA state.
Spring Mountain is a state of the art motorsports country club located in Pahrump Nevada, 45 minutes from Las Vegas and 3.5 hours from Los Angeles. It features a fantastic race track, (multi-configuration, longest track in NA) , Estates, garages, resort quality amenities (pool, fitness area, club house, a lake and water sports), and excellent professional staff.
They also have an annual race series for multiple classes of racing. I even competed in my Porsche 991 Cup. Several other Porsche cars have competed both racecars for wheel to wheel racing and street cars for time attack.
POC and PCA hold multiple events/races annually and when you have a membership, you don’t even have to pay for those events as you are a member.
Great track configurations, facility, amenities, service and staff. Great for all sorts of cars and racing (Radical, Wolf, Porsche, Miata, Ferrari, Lotus, Audi, BMW, Lamborghini, etc.)

I'd be all over this if I lived out west. The membership fees at Spring Mountain are an unbelievable bargain compared to Monticello here in NY.
I am not sure how much Monticello is, but I know we have members at SM that are also members at Monticello. They fly out to SM monthly, particularly in wintertime and do the race series.
It really is a heck of a deal, particularly for anyone on the west coast. The other option is Thermal Club for $85,000 and $20,000 annual dues and you have to buy a lot and build at Thermal.

SM is an absolutely fantastic track and facility. I've visited 3 or 4 weekends and have found it to be great fun and while it is challenging, I wouldn't call it overly difficult. If I still lived in Scottsdale I would seriously consider buying a membership.
Spring Mountain is an amazing place and has a lot of great members. They also recently opened a new track called Charleston Peak. But, be very careful when considering buying a “used” membership because only some of the early memberships can be transferred until total membership reaches a certain level. For the memberships that are eligible to transferred there is a considerable transfer fee (something like 30%). So check with SM before buying a membership from anyone but SM directly.
