Default Fans of TRG, take a look at this!

This is a rendering of TRG's ALMS livery for 2004. I've seen several actual pictures of the #66 as it was being loaded onto the transporter on Tuesday. It is absolutely stunning. In fact, I've never seen a prettier example of the 911 GT3 R/RS/RSR series. David Borkowski designed the new look, clearly proving that he is North America's premier designer of racecar liveries.

TRG's chances at the 12 Hours befit their new look. One of last year's #66 drivers, Cort Wagner, will be joined by Patrick Long (Porsche factory driver) and Kelly Collins (former Corvette factory driver) to challenge for the top spot on the GT podium.

...and, to top it off, it will be great to see Rennlist once again as a featured sponsor on the car!!

It's gonna be a great ALMS season, especially when watching a beauty like this as it laps the track...

Hate to say it but I was partial to the blue. Green is not my favorite (or even close) but the car is awesome.

Yes, I liked the blue myself. Wonder why the green theme came into being?

Once upon a time green was considered an unlucky color in American racing.

Mark, he also left out the Turtle logo.

The old color scheme worked for me, too. Check out the New Century Mortgage website to get an idea of their branding colors.

Due to New Century Mtg. underwriting a significant portion of the TRG campaign. They are also a major ALMS sponsor now.

Congratulations to Kevin and New Century Mortgage! This should be a great year for TRG with this new sponsor, put together by Pat Flanagan, president of New Century. Patrick is an avid Porsche enthusiast and competitor (Rolex 24, Grand Am, PCA, POC, NASA, TCRA) and knows what it takes for a winning team. His relationship with PMNA, Kevin's expertise, drivers like Cort, Patrick and Kelly and all the supporting members of TRG should make this the year.

I am very impressed with the way this sponsorship came together with a being a win-win situation for all involved. Flanagan along with his crew from New Century, have used their involvement in racing (formerly a sponsor with Rahal Racing, Scuderia of Washington Ferrari), as tools and advertising for their business. (Motivational/team building programs, instructional videos, incentive programs, charity functions, client meetings..) TRG wins with a increase in budget and working with a great group of drivers and support personnel, and we the Porsche enthusiast enjoy a competitive team in sports car racing.
All sports car teams could use some more sponsors like these.

As for the green, it kind of grows on you after awhile. It's used in all the advertising. See the club race car, for sale by the way, replaced by Cup car.

Here is a "live" picture of the TRG new livery.
Also check out www.fastdetails.com for more pics from Sebring. Sunday Paddock Walk particularly.

Mark,
The car is listed on the TRG website:
http://www.theracersgroup.com/cars/c...anagan_993.htm
It is here in Orange County, if you need any info you can contact me. We are planning to take it to PCA Festival of Speed at Fontana 3/26-28 if anyone is interested in looking at it.
