FYI to all registered for this DE, new email came out this morning with another form (besides the original Covid Release) that needs to be filled out and brought to the track. This is a new form, so please check your emails for it.

It is a communicable disease waiver, separate from the Covid-19 release. Just an FYI for those going...

3 of my NNJR buddies are in the same run group as well.

We're in relatively slow cars compared to yours, so I talked to my buddies and we'll all keep an eye out for you in the rearview to get you by safely and quickly.

Just don't set up on us too fast.

Can't believe in 5 days I'll finally be on a racetrack again. Seems almost surreal at this point.

The Chin event at Mid-O Memorial Day Mon/Tues went extremely well--all did their part w/r/t C19 protocols and the driving was great. Whatever trepidation that may have been on your mind before getting in the car was gone in short order; this "hobby" is better than a couch which is one big reason I continue to pursue it

And no spies that I could see, either......but then, they're spies.........

No reason that this event shouldn't be great as well.

BTW, on the spies, they wouldn’t be great at their jobs if you COULD see them.

I’m pretty sure this event should go off without Hitch if everyone’s paying attention. There are a lot more people at this one than the Chin event, but no reason for anyone to break C19 protocol.

We all got masks and gloves and will do our part for sure.

We are in garage 15. Stop by for sure. We will have wine and beer, water and snacks. Hoping for dry weather. For those that haven’t driven Mid Ohio- keep in mind that it’s like a sheet of ice when wet because of the sealant. So be prepared for that.

 

It can be a sheet of ice in the dry too. Ask me how I know that...
