If Sainz and Vettel swap that would be a huge downgrade for Seb

He was actually one of the front-runners; good young driver now in a good car, but IMO not fast enough to really push Shar who is really talented but needs to quit whining so much. Interesting chemistry to be seen.....

I would have loved to see Hulk get it; he's never had a really good car and most of the others have (DANNY!!!!!! )

IMO either McLaren or Renault--don't think he'd play second fiddle to Max at RB (and he WOULD be #2 there) and Mercedes may not even be around......

Lateral move for Ferrari to bring Sainz onboard for Vettel. The move only benefits Sainz going to a top 3 team doesn’t threaten leclerc or improve Ferrari threat to RBR or Mercedes.

Hulk had way way more than his fair share of opportunity with 10 years in F1 and not one simple podium.

Ferrari will never bring back Alonso.

Ricciardo checks all the boxes for Ferrari to be a big threat and a big 1-2 punch.... so in the end it will probably be Sainz in the seat. Yawnnnnn

As many as Vettel you and I have had in the past 5 years but Vettel is the only one of us 4 that has had a top ride.

Danny Ric is the smart choice which means Ferrari will choose Sainz. They can't help but F up every call they make.

I think Vettel will be out as I don't see him running with anything other than a top tier team and there are no seats available. Sounds like he is using contract negotiations to save face and retire as perhaps he could have stayed for less money. He has two kids so that has cost him 2/10ths already.

So latest is Sainz to Ferrari but what is interesting is linking DR to McLaren.... Not sure that's his wisest move, if Norris wipes the floor with him that could be it for him in F1... That leaves open seat at Renault. Don't see Seb at Renault so this could very well be retirement time "UNLESS" he ends up in a pink Mercedes... Lawrence doesn't need Perez's money, he is signed through 2022 but Ocon only lost the seat over $$$ so is Perez going to be the one on the block and Seb in a Pink Mercedes??? Does Ocon ever get back to F1? Kvyat away from TR? Definitely more shuffling to come.
