VIR is my favorite track and I haven't driven it in 6 years (sounds weird to even type that) so really looking forward to this one. I'd give it a 50/50 chance. Hopefully the VA gov will at least open the rural counties even if NOVA, Richmond and Norfolk areas stay mostly shut.
