Glad he seems to be ok. A good demonstration of NASCAR's high caliber of safety engineering. I would rather see (a) drivers being aggressive, crashing often, and rarely getting seriously hurt when they crash, rather than (b) drivers being cautious, crashing less often, and often getting badly hurt or killed when they do crash. The good ol' days of racing were terrible from a safety standpoint.

They didn't do everything they did at the track for a guy who was ok. I'm guessing his head injury was pretty good and he may (again, I'm guessing) have been knocked out when they got there. To what extent or degree of a concussion and other injuries he has, we will only be able to guess until he says.
