I think we should set up a twitter so we can tweet out car numbers, names, paddock locations and maybe home addresses of people that pissed us off after each run session.

Lots of people already know who the bad drivers are. The stewards are part of the "lots of people." The stewards have a list. Or lists. Lots of lists. And I'm sure I'm on a few.
There is a lot going on behind the scenes that is not published... and probably shouldn't be published.
So send in your email, complaints and videos to the Stewards as they are actually doing something about it. Just because they don't pat you on the back, tell you you are right and then hang the offender from a tree in the paddock, they are doing something.
