I did my personal best at WGI a couple weeks ago on street tires and a 325 pony 981S.

Finally broke 2:13 and ran a 2:12:95. I was very happy. I know it's a crap time compared to most here, but it was an awesome feeling for me.

I couldn't even imagine a 1:29. Jeez Louise!!
I couldn't break 2:20 in my base carrera on re71rs.

Fortunately my E46 M3 is quite a bit quicker. My coach ran a 1:59 in it. I hope to go sub 2:00 though living in Louisiana I don't get a lot of opportunities.

Either they BoP the 718 or Porsche and Porsche customers are going to lose interest in the series...
IMSA just released at 25kg weight drop for the 718.
20kg going in BMW and down a map.
Benz is going down a map too.

Mossport will be interesting to watch with these changes.
The 718 might have a chance.

It's a bit late in the season - no? Especially when you are basically down to only two folks left running the 718.

here is a link to the lap by O. Jarvis. I laughed out loud at the breaking points at every turn. Much respect.

They appear to always making little changes after each race.
Pirelli world challenge was also changing after each race and sometimes during!
