Now that I am retired from bike racing I don't miss the occasional track day before a race weekend with every rider that has 15 minutes of experience, on a 160+hp Gixxer 1000, that has every aftermarket piece of junk bolted to it who used 100% of the motor and brakes within the same straight away and then 10% of the cornering capability. It was always entertaining while instructing to see the look on their face when they asked about the HP output of my little dinky VFR400 from the late 80's.

I see the car guys have suffered the same problem.

I do miss race weekends though. Nothing more fun than going elbow to elbow with other riders you know and trust just inches from each other and some times not even leaving those inches.

I couldn't find the video either, but given that guy's attitude, I highly doubt that. I bet it was taken down because of all those dumb ******** on the internet.
