Have you EVER said anything like this at NHIS, or The Glen? I thought not.

The series rules I have seen have varied, so I wouldn't hazard a guess at the differences in the series.

As to what I've said, you are correct, I've never said no video, but that is because it was addressed during the rental contract negotiations. We had permission. I won't keep guessing what was done here. If I really cared, I'd do something like this http://bfy.tw/NHHx
