FS: 2003 996 GT3 Cup
I have decided to sell my much loved 996 cup, and try a 997 cup. I have owned the car since 2009, and have raced in regularly ever since. I am the third owner. This car has an interesting beginning as it was one of two yellow cars made for the German flag. It was run by Kelly Moss with the first two owners. The second owner was part of a father and two son trio in which they had three 996 cups, and they were all painted in unique colors by Kelly Moss. Mine was painted in Marina Blue. I bought the car through Kelly Moss in 2009 with 83 hours on the engine/transmission/chassis, so the car has about 185 hours total on it now. It is one of cleanest/straightest tubs out there, and has been well maintained, and consistently used. It is competitive in GTC3, a consistent podium finisher, and is race-ready. Here are some particulars on the car:
- 99.4 hours on Autometrics engine rebuild
- 53 hours on a very extensive Autometrics transmission rebuild
- Fuel safe fuel cell
- includes 2 sets of wheels
- includes AIM Pista dash/data
- comes with original factory Recaro/Porsche seat
- has upgraded lightweight flywheel, and clutch pack
- $68k
- 407-921-0670
Thanks for looking, and more pictures to follow.....

I never thought I'd see the day. I know how much you love this car - and having ridden in it - I can attest to how much fun its been.
Good luck David...

Thanks Dave. I know I'll miss her. So many good memories. I just want to try a new challenge, and see what a sequential gearbox is like. I hope my instinct is right!
