Bridgestone RE71R vs Hankook R-S4 comparison
#33
Ok, thanks. Please let us know your impressions once you wear them out. I currently get 4 days on track on RE71Rs, with around 5 20min sessions a day. The cost of RS-4 is roughly the same as RE-71R, so it needs to last a lot longer to justify going slower.

Not RS4 but my direzza Z3 lasted about 12 hours and if I rotated them sooner probably could’ve done another 2 hours. I hear the RS4s last even longer and are a bit faster so I’m trying them next.

The RS4's have 13 HC after today and still have lots of tread grooves left.

After muck internal debate i opted for the RS4's as well. On the street they feel great and on the track they perform better than expected. They don't seem to be effected by the heat like other tires I've run. I do have to air them down pretty far for DE's but they are very predictable and when they start to get greasy just ease up for a lap and they're back in the zone.

Chiming in on the A052 as I just finished a DE on them. Very fast tire, 2 seconds over the Falken RT615K (not the K+) at HPR. That being said, I DO NOT like the way the tire drives compared to the RS4, that is the best overall tire I've been on. The A052 doesn't communicate well and feels very washy.
