The new 2019 Clubsport will be interesting. Hopefully BoP wont add weight etc like they did to the last SRO Clubsport. It was funny when the EVO kit came out with lightweight fenders, bumpers and battery only to have BoP add weight!

If they didnt allow gen 1 gt4's I am thinking the car count would be pretty low. I know a few of the west/east events overlap with PWC big events like COTA and Laguna, VIR. Pretty cool

I dont think they will allow gen 1 so car counts could very well be low.... Porsche is trying hard to get Clubsports ready for March which is also the opening month for PWC! kinda tight...

Those overlaps will be the shows im looking forward to however!

Porsche won't share any information until the car is officially unveiled. My guess is the LA auto show.

10 SRO models inbound for USA late December. All going to IMSA teams. (BGB,Park Place/Volt, Bodymotion etc).
Next batch due for March...

Porsche is making three versions. Private track day car $, Trophy series car $$ and SRO GT4 spec car $$$.

Nearly certain Trophy East is dead, at least with PCA. PCA cars will be classed in GTD.

Where has this been posted and how does one put a deposit down? I gave up trying to email West as he is largely unresponsive.

Default TE 2019 Schedule and PWC GT4 Trophy East Schedule

PCA Trophy Series East

COTA – March 29-31

Road Atlanta – April 12-14

VIR – June 21-23

Road America – August 31 – September 2

Daytona – October 25-27 (Enduro under lights)

6th race TBA

PWC GT4 Trophy East

MAR 01-03 Circuit of the Americas

APR 26-28 VIRginia International Raceway

MAY 17-19 Canadian Tire Motorsports Park

AUG 30-SEP 01 Watkins Glen International

SEP 20-22 Road America

I have signed up to do the PWC GT4 Trophy East Series, and will have a 2019 GT4 SRO. I listed the schedule for both series as I wanted to see if I could do both, too. Last season was my Rookie year with PCA Trophy East, and I liked the reduced number of cars in TE, reduced driver meetings, and most of all, the great group of drivers to run with.
