Just my opinion, but professional driving is like any other profession. Let's take basketball as an example. There are guys that are really good at some things and not so good at other things, but they are still a pro player. Perhaps they have to improve in free throws, 3 pt. shooting or low post game. They get an outside coach for that. Driving is no different. Perhaps you're really good at maximizing your entry and exit speeds, but you brake much too early and need a coach for that. Maybe Rob Wilson is in that same type of camp where he is but one part of the "big picture". I don't think these pro drivers are seeing him once a week either.

Check this out. Perhaps it'll give a little better perspective:

Extraordinary claims demand extraordinary evidence. I get that a lot of F1 drivers have met with him. However, if he has figured out some way of driving a race car faster than anyone else, what is his technique? It should be easy to explain. I don't expect it to be easy to do, but there should be a clear explanation.

I highlighted your issue. And I highlighted the evidence.

Your posts on this forum are a bit painful. You complain loudly about things when noone else has anywhere near the number of issues (AIM). You call a guy full of **** because you don't think he's good at what he does even though you have never interacted with him while multiple F1 drivers have (this thread).

I think you should give yourself a break from the internet forum life for a while. I'm sure you aren't this angry in real life but it sure comes across very negatively here.

Dude.

That is his intellectual property.

Do you REALLY think he is gonna share that with you or anyone else on the internet? I wouldn't.

The premise of this discussion is ridiculous. Rob Wilson doesn't owe anyone 'extraordinary evidence'. Armchair entitlement to think otherwise.

This thread would have been a lot more believable had it been started yesterday on April 1.

Have you ever seen Coochas take the bus stop at WGI in a rented 2003 Ford Windstar? Its like watching Neve Campbell and Denise Richards go at it in Wild Things. It's that beautiful.

Only a man who could hustle a minivan around WGI with such poetry and grace could be the one who coaches Rob Wilson.

I rest my case. <mike drop>

Why don’t you guys and the OP put some money together and I’d be happy to go spend a day with Rob and report back with extraordinary evidence.

I've seen Dave sitting in a motel room near WGI watching a video of Denise Richards. Does that count?
