Default PRICE DROP: 2003 996 X51 Race Car...

2003 Porsche 911 X51 Carrera 2
  • X51 Engine (345hp factory) - includes upgraded camshafts, aluminum intake manifold, oil pump/baffle system, larger headers, ECU - approx 200 hours, less than 10k original miles.
  • Car has just rebuilt close-ratio trans by Bill Rader with Guard LSD (also just rebuilt). This trans cost $12k to build originally and includes a recirculating oil system with a Tilton pump to a front cooler behind the LF radiator. Replaced RMS and AOS while trans was out.
  • Thicker aluminum radiators on each side, cup center radiator.
  • 997 GT3 "Blue" race shifter on elevated cup car mounts.
  • Electric power steering system housed in the front trunk.
  • New Sachs clutch, pressure plate, TO bearing beginning of 2017.
  • New 997 GT3 84mm throttle body w/matching IPD plenum.
  • Cup car solid engine mounts, Wevo semi-solid trans mount.
  • New JRZ Pros 2-way shocks late 2016. Installed cup length springs and helpers currently 700/900, also have 600/800.
  • GT3 Cup adjustable lower control arms, front and rear. Adjustable Heim joint upper rear control arms. GT3 cup adjustable rear toe links
  • GT3 Cup adjustable sway bars front and rear with Tarrett drop links (fronts extended).
  • GT3 Cup front and rear brake system, Brembo GT3R from 2 pc rotors, standard Cup rear rotors, Cup front brake ducts. Ducted thru grill front air ducts.
  • New PFC 08 pads F & R.
  • 997 GT3 Cup front & rear bumpers with 3rd radiator and tilt kit to flow air through and up through bumper vents.
  • Installed 997.1 GT3 cup front bumper, aluminum hood, CF/fiberglass doors and front fenders with flares. `
  • Installed GT3 Cup rear decklid and Getty 82" wing with extended uprights.
  • Cro-moly fully Cup car style roll cage with door bars plus rear strut tower cross link
  • Installed lightweight LiPO $300 battery, bracket, and kill switch.
  • Cool Suit system
  • Installed AIM EVO data system with AIM 2 dash.
  • Wired for VHF 2 way radio system (radios not included)
  • OMP cup car drivers seat with Brey Krause brace and Schroth harnesses which were new in 2016.
  • Haltron fire system, front and rear Cup tow hooks
  • 2 sets of CCW wheels with many sets of Yokohama slicks with only 3-4 cycles on them. One set of Hoosier slicks with only 1 cycle on them. All great for practice.
  • Original steel doors (gutted) and hood.
  • A spare package including alternators, radiators, etc. Too much to list...
  • Just had the front & rear bumpers, headlight covers, and complete interior resprayed along with a new windshield. Attached photo taken last week at Buttonwillow Raceway.
Ok some other notes - engine dyno'd at 315 last year on 91 fuel and on the OEM factory flash. I've never had it flashed but imagine there's another 10-20whp or more available. Car weighs roughly 2550 empty and it's minimum weight in PCA's GT3 is 2673. It's very light and nimble...

I've sent multiple oil samples to Blackstone Labs all with the same great results. I just changed the oil & filter this week and will be sending in another sample for testing next week.

Priced at $37,500.
