Considering selling my '05 black/back CGT
It's in perfect shape, 8500 miles, factory 6-point harness with factory mounting kit (installed here in the states). Alcantara seat inserts and Ruf steering wheel (original wheel also). Integrated radar system. Full car clear bra and always serviced.
It's in the bay area. I would need absolutely serious offers only. PM me to get in touch.
There it is in the middle:

Yes, this is my second CGT. And I did sorely miss my first one (only 9 months between the two). I'm just considering my options with all the new and exciting cars coming.
In any case, my 2011 GT3 RS is coming no matter what. :-)

Hello fayence,
May I ask why you are considering selling? The CGT is my dream car, and although I am in no position to buy, I am interested in knowing why you wish to sell.
Best of luck with the (potential) sale!
EDIT: Just read your post about other exciting cars coming... what are you looking at replacing it with?

Car has been sold. This is my second CGT, and I'll miss this one as much as I missed the first one. I put a total of about 25,000 miles between the two cars, so I enjoyed them very much.
I look forward to the 918.

I think you're timing could be better, but Colm assures me prices are already rising on the Carrera GT. It seems to be one of those "Now I know what the next one will be, I really like the old one!" reactions. Plus, anyone considering the 918 could well get their first taste of the Carrera GT for a year or two before (if ever) affording the 918.
Black is my favorite for the Carrera GT. The car is perfect in that color. An iron fist in a chainmail glove. : )
I remember the first time I saw yours it had a Fastrak box and I thought "There's only one guy I know that's mad enough to commute in a Carrera GT ..." And sure enough ... : )
Well, you're going to be overawed by the new RS. Superlatives and hyperbole aren't enough to describe its capabilities on the track. Just astonishing. The RS will never have the shock and awe of the Carrera GT, but my word it is within reason to compare the two in the same sentence.
