For those seriously searching, note that a 7K mile 05 CGT just sold on Ebay for $240K (item #250423142905). I spoke to the dealer offering the car, who said he was asking $260K, but would entertain offers.
I suspect another sale or two in this range will go a long way towards resetting the market for 5-8K mile examples in the $250K range.
Just my two cents. Flak jacket on - fire away!
