Carrera GT Cold startup rough idle ?

Ditto for me as well - no problems noted, even after a three to four weeks lay up. (#607, Mar 07).
I agree it's a great idea to let all the fluids just settle down for 30 secs to a minute before moving the car.
Kind regards
Steve

Another no problem one here. Mine's a September 2004 car and starts fine with no rough idle. The rpm is higher for the first minute or so when the ECU is running in choke and then it settles to a perfect idle every time.

Little off topic but, how can I avoid "weeping" shocks and the attendant repair cost? Do all them do this ? After what period of time ? What can be done to avoid this? Seems some have this problem at very low miles

I dont think you can do anything about it, except to replace. Miles not problem, its the Age of sitting, 8 years now.
Weeping? Is it Contaminating Engine bay? Is it effecting the Handling?

I had to replace one shock so far because of loss of fluid .. Seems normal if car is not used as the seals will dry. Not inexpensive job ~7k IIRC
