Default My CGT takes a Ferry ride

We took a trip up to the San Juan Islands in Washington State last weekend. My car was in the San Juan Concours, near Friday Harbor, hence the trip. The major unknown in our planning was whether the CGT could make it onto the ferry. We timed the crossing for high tide to minimize the ramp angles. It turned out fine. On the way back, we didn't even wait for high tide and it was good too. The ferry workers were helpful in getting our car in a premo spot.

Sitting in the ferry lanes attracted bit of attention. We also had friends with, and we took two cars - the other car carrying our luggage because the CGT has enough room to store a pair of socks, and that's about it.

This was the "First Annual" edition of the San Juan Concour d'Elegance. Wishing them good luck in the future.

I even got to do a little off-roading my CGT!

One last picture from the car show. You get extra credit if you can spot the oddity in this picture. Hint: it has 4 legs.

Ray, hope all is well. Great pictures. Although I though we only show pictures of the Pacific NW with it raining. Do not want to let others know the truth.

See you at SIR. I am going to use a Lotus next time. My car will be in the shop for a month or so.

Yes! You win the prize!

For some reason, the farm across the road had a one-hump camel, and it was very popular with the people. This picture was taken as the show was breaking up, so it doesn't look too full.

Great pics, thanks for sharing. I thought the oddity was the DeLorean.
