The full movie never posted on Open Media Network, so I just posted it on the Trapster (sm) site.

Look in the Porsche section at www.trapster.net. It's a 280MB file, 6 minutes in 1080p, so you will need a heck of a computer to play it correctly. Enjoy!

any possiblity of recoding it to something that mere mortals can watch?

your vids even at SD are taxing my brother's poor computer and it's the fastest one in the house!!!

wow, the diff in quality between those two versions of high def and VHS is HUGE.

Also, I think if you encode using divx/xvid and in avi format, it looks to be much better quality than wmv. I have not found a package that does good conversions though....

Actually, WM looks quite a bit better ( I bought DivX Pro). You have an HD version that your computer can't handle, and a VHS quality version that looks crappy. The DivX films you think look better probably have less motion, and are at a bit rate somewhere in between.

the divx files I look at are the encoded Top Gear/Fifth Gear shows.So some scenes with a lot of motion and some without. I really havent done any testing in this area (I'm just an end user as far as vids are concerned and am on a laptop that is 4 years old. Waiting for the company to decide to use IBM laptops again before I upgrade.
