guys need some advice on how this deal sounds:
2005 CGT. We ordered the car. its black on boxter red interior.
30K off msrp.
plus we are getting the 15K special interior color at the dealers cost.

we ordered this car 2 years ago so i just want to know how this deal sounds compared to what the market is.

Given the fact that you ordered the car and ordered it in a custom color combination, I'd say it was a good deal. Certainly, I'd take it given I am in a similar situation.

It doesn't sounds like a very good deal to me unless he would of purchased that color interior himself. There are several cars around where you can purchase a standard color interior for 30K or more off so any money spent on the interior would be extra and I think it would be harder to sell and wouldn't bring anymore resale value.

That car isn't worth anymore than a standard color combination to anyone but the guy who ordered it. If he really likes the color combo offer them 415K and I would think they would take it.

When I originally read your post I thought the person who ordered it backed out and someone else was going to buy the car.

If he was the guy who ordered the car then I think it is a very fair price considering he won't be able to find that color combination anywhere else and they are offering the car at market value.
