Porsche gods getting back at the owner for putting a Ferrari license plate on a Porsche GT.

Wow, that sucks! Good for you guys and resale value.

It has got to be hard to drive this car the way it was built to be driven without some track experience ... also the roads in the U.S. seem to be such a waste for a car like this .

it's hard to drive a lot of sports car the way they were built to be driven. i can tell you though, the CGT is 100% as docile as any other pcar product when you want it to be. it takes a conscious decision to do what was done to this car.

From the pics of this one and the one in I think Canada, I'd say that the problems are hopping curbs sideways. The San Diego one was a fluke. That Road by Pioneer is horrible for pulling out with all the truck traffic.

The carbon frame is probably intact. It looks like the wheel impact was so violent that ripped the axle out of the differential.

My question is, where do you get it repaired? Do you need to send it back over the pond? Ouch...

Close! The joint on the axle was ripped apart. Heres a pic from a bit closer to show what happened to the wheel carrier. OUCH!
