Both were made LHD only i believe (def CGT, not sure about 959). They're German cars and germans drive on the right hand side of the road as well.
actually, only Britain, Australia and a few Asian countries drive on the left

Japan, Malaysia, Cyprus, Malta, India, China, Hong Kong, South Africa- to name another few countries which also drive on the left.
959's were only produced in LHD - just like the Carrera GT!
