Oh my...
Saw a black CGT tonight in a local Porsche meeting in Stockholm. 3 are coming this year to Sweden. This one came in march. What a car!!!
The first thing that strikes me is how "small" it is. Engine noise we are at this point all aware of, it is magical. The second thing that strikes me is the quality of the craftsmanship. Simply amazing. I could not get my eyes of it...
Spoke to the owner. The brakes are OK but just keep getting better as they heat up. Clutch is tricky in town but overall, he was impressed with "drivability".
One thing I am not sure Porsche did a great job at though. The steering wheel. It is just a normal one (maybe just one this one though). It is not in harmony with the rest of the interior.
But that engine noise..... hypnotic

S**t!!! Was it at brostugan this evening? I was supposed to go , but changed my mind and watched the U21-game on TV instead. To see that CGT in the flesh for sure had beaten the lousy entertainment of the game.

The greatest thing would be if some of these guys would show up on Gelleråsen or Mantorp racetrack this season ... that would be intesting. Jan, you didn't happen to ask if he was goinf to any of the track days?

I spoke to him briefly and it seemed like he had not had any time to drive it that much. On the other hand he is used to own porsches and I would not be surprised to see him at one of the events. I am going to Mantorp on July the 11th and probably Gelleråsen after that. Would be nice to hear it scream some more.

Apparently one is roaming around Copenhagen. On Danish plates no less. I still have a hard time believing that, but the guy who said he saw it is a good friend and usually quite credible.
If true, then that's at least $1.500.000 worth of car... Jeez....
