Very happy for Doug! A true enthusiast, huge Carrera GT ambassador and a genuinely good person. He had called me on a few cars he was considering and was bidding on bring a trailer and ultimately this car suited him best. I had known this car well as I had PPI'd the car 5 years and 2 owners ago, ironically in San Diego, CA. The car then lived in Delaware for a few years, I performed a major service 2 years ago. Then went to its most recent owner in CT before Doug purchased it and brought it back to San Diego, CA. Funny to see how these cars can move around the country so easily.

Fortunately for Doug I keep all my documentation from all these events and he was able to obtain full service records and over 1,000 photos documenting all the milestones on his car helping with his decision on purchasing the right car

That was a really nice video. I feel like all of us may have had a similar reaction when we took home our CGT for the first time. I know I certainly had those emotions and as much as I loved my first drive, I really appreciated my journey to owning the car and the people I met along the way. All good stuff.

i have to agree with Doug.

The CGT is the most amazing street legal car.

You have to drive it to fully understand...the car is truly sublime

It's a wonderful thing when someone can make a dream become a reality. I'm happy for him.

A real milestone for sure to be able to bring a CGT home. Congrats to him! Brings back a lot of good memories for me as well.
