My money is on that one. Otherwise, we have no rumors or grumblings about anything whatsoever and we’re getting close to them needing to come up with something to compete with Ferrari and others with.

I hope it isn't fully electric. They have the Taycan Turbo for that. A further optimized hybrid would be the best of both worlds

I agree, Porsche could introduce a new coupe in the vein of the rumored 960 mid engine supercar as an electric car (basically a shortened Taycan with less weight, more performance and a more aggressive design) or better yet a new 928 as the Taycan Coupe.

I doubt they would, I think the speculation is correct and the 918 successor would be electric, as seen with previous halo models (918, Carrera GT, 959) Porsche likes to demonstrate it’s fully potential in these cars.

It's done - go back and grab the biggest displacement available with sounds of glory.
Geek Squad in some far away place will update the car at night and sell the data before coffee.
IMO only good thing about an electric sports car is laughing when some kid yells to the owner rev it.
