Once I got the CGT home yesterday I started doing a brief overview of all things inside the cockpit.
The one thing I couldn't figure out is on the left side of the the cabin light switch. The right side is the actual toggle on/off/door switch. The left side appears to be recessed into the plastic housing?
Any insight into what it is/does would be great.

part of the lamp assembly, don't think its does anything.. its a boxster part 986.632.053.10

it's a hidden camera
whatever you do in the car is send to Germany PAG.

It's an infrared sensor, part of the anti-theft system
