Looking at an '05 CGT
Two owner not really driven much over the last 10 years
Supposedly started regularly
How much to budget for the resurrection to driver status?
Where to take for the service?
I live in SLO county CA

Do you have any data on maintenance been done? minor/major? Does the car start and run? < minus what they say

This question is for the experts you trust to inspect and test drive.
Take it where the current owner goes - have them write up an estimate show it to the seller and make a deal that's fair for all Good Luck

Car needs to go to Jimmy Repasi for a full engine out service and inspection of everything including clutch, shocks, etc. Also needs new tires.

I’d have a hard time buying prior to that being done. Maybe you can agree on a sales price from which anything the car needs during that inspection would be deducted.

If running and no accidents, and if has seriously deferred maintenance, can wildly guesstimate $50-100k. Seriously.
