No worries. One of the reasons I quit pursuing a legal remedy despite having a winner cued up was that any settlement reached would have included an NDA. Frankly, it was worth a pile of money to me to reserve my right to tell my story and speak to his character. He has none. Zero. One last anecdote, a vintage racer destroyed a very high value car in an atrocious track accident. I mean completely destroyed, the car was removed from the track in hundreds of pieces. He "fixed" it and offered it up for sale for 8 figures saying it had sustained "light cosmetic damage" in a "minor track incident". He doesn't need the money. He does this for sport.
