2004 V 2005: clutch is the same- at the time they reprogrammed the ECU to have an anti-stall feature. This was done in 2005 and 2006 to all cars. This is no longer an issue.
All carbon yellows due to their choice in gloss clear coat. 2004 V 2005 no difference.
Biggest issues that nobody talks about:
Replace tires every 2-3 years.
Allow car to fully warm up before driving it.
If you fire up the car and drive it right away that can produce additional wear for the clutch/ synchros.

^ And I bet the Cup2s will make this car even more of an enjoyable drive. Problem though is, with low mile cars that see more time in storage than being driven, I wager that the MPSS will stay "fresh" longer than the soft-compound Cup2...

1. Thoroughly clean chicken crap off yourself before getting in car, start and warm up properly
2. Take roof panels off and leave windows down. DO NOT try to put panels in front trunk as this is ONLY for more advanced patients. Leave in garage instead.
3. Drive to nearest tunnel
4. Enter said tunnel in second gear at around 3,000 rpm
5. Gradually accelerate WOT to (near) redline and through third if possible
6. Repeat as needed and as often as possible
Congratulations - you've just had a life-changing experience and you also just heard the greatest sound in all of auto-dom! You're cured!!

I do not warm up the CGT. However, I don't rev up the motor until the car is above 170 degrees (short shift - very short for the first few minutes). I also often start in 2nd gear, or shift very gently from 1st to 2nd at low RPM's until the car is warm.
