Macan Configurator
Well, I accessed the hidden configurator, the bad news is that there are no packages available, all options "a la carte" thus it gets expensive fast.
In addition, the Turbo does not have as much standard equipment as the Cayenne thus one has to take over 80K to include some basic equipment like camera + park control, auto-dimming mirrors and no so basic like 20" wheels, air suspension and Sport Chrono Package.
The similarly equipped S comes at around 66K...

I'd expect a lot of the Porsche Exclusive options to be added to the configurator later. All the fluff leather items, sun visors, rear view mirror, etc. Hopefully the S will also get the Sports Exhaust option from the Turbo, and I really don't see why PTS won't be an option since this car is entirely made in Leipzig.

I think the S in the high 60's is the move........but mine keeps coming in at 76,000 LOL
Cool car to do a Euro deliv in too. 2 couples and bags could most likely tote around Germany for a week in this nicely.

Vs an SQ5, for $10k more, you're down 10 HP, but torque hits much lower. You gain active and air suspension, PTV, a PDK vs. auto, but also lose carbon trim, 21's, voice command, 3D Google maps, and some other stuff.

Edit: I guess it will hit 70k by the time I add PSE when available.

I was hoping for out the door in the mid $50's, but using the Configurator it's coming in around the mid $60's! That's too rich for my blood, for this car anyway.
I guess I'll have to wait for the base version, but who knows when that'll be...

In Canada, am in the low 60s for the S and low 90s for the Turbo.
Jesus, i wish they had a base model available now as I only want a little beater for the city in the 40-50k cdn range.
