Default New MacanS on order

My first post on this forum, so I’m a newb with all things Macan. I’m putting in an order for a 2020 S and looking for some feedback on options. I know the previous post had a very similar theme so forgive the redundancy.
Specifically interested in your thoughts around PTV and ACC. Also, full leather as opposed to partial. Color is subjective but was leaning towards std Black
Heres my build so far.

Very nice build! With a build that extensive, I'd skip the black sport tailpipe option and go full bore Porsche Sport Exhaust (PSE) with the black tips. Love mine!

Nice to see someone else digging into the Exclusive options like the colored gauges and seatbelts, I have the garnet red as well and love it, and the garnet red/black interior to go along with it. I also have the carbon fiber interior trim kit (and the CF steering wheel) which go fantastic with the garnet red/black, so you made a great choice there.

As for the addition of ACC and PTV, I'd say the ACC is a great addition. That's one option I had on my Cayenne Turbo that I paid little attention to at first, but once I started taking trips and using it, came to really appreciate it! I wish my Macan GTS had it.

For the PTV, I dunno, I had that on my Cayenne Turbo as well and can't say I really noticed anything, although I'm sure it was doing it's things in the turns when I was pushing it. I noticed the effect of the PDCC option much more than the PTV, but that's not a Macan option. I guess if you really plan to push your Macan in the twisties, maybe go for it, otherwise I doubt you'll miss it.

Hope that helps.

PTV vs ACC is dependent upon what you use the vehicle for. If you are not sticking to a strict budget, get both. I have PTV because I love taking turns hard no matter what vehicle I drive and to me, PTV does help this over 2 ton high rider rotate in ways it physically shouldn't ACC on the other hand would be wasted on me as I rarely drive longer than an hour at a time in straight line traffic. I rarely ever use regular cruise control but if you do a lot of straight distance cruising, then sure.

I don't know what partial leather gets you on the S but on the GTS, it gave me the dash top, center armrest lid, and door armrests in leather. All very nice. If the top of the door panels were leather too, then that would be even better. I selected red seats so I didn't want the full red center tunnel and door panels that would have come with full leather.

I think ACC was my best option. Amazing how much work it takes away driving in stop and go stuff.

Thanks. I’m paring it down a little to make room for possible color change.
I know this very subjective, but I saw chalk (crayon) in the wild while in Switzerland late last year. It was sublime yet it had a certain special uniqueness.
Thoughts? Volano gray is nice but it blends in with the rest of dark vehicles on the road although the metallic flake is outstanding.

We went with Chalk. Pick it up 2 July. I've seen it on a 911 and it is amazing.

I had the Volcano gray just traded it in for a Chalk. Loved the Volcano but never had as many people come up to me remarking how fabulous and unique the Chalk is.

Considered the Chalk, what a beauty! We ordered the Volcano and love it.
