The mirrors are not cup mirrors, and I don't think you can license a gt3 cup even in Europe, so maybe it's a GT3 that was modified like a cup? There's no info about the car and very limited pictures...

If that was a Factory Cup, the 2 after the 99 should be a Z, and The 5 after the 1 should be an S. There were 114 cups made in 2001, and I've not seen one with the last 3 digits of the VIN over 129.

The mirrors are much like the FutureWorld Rally Road Challenge RS Conversions.
