His shipping and timing is a function of his convenience (and circumstances known to nobody other than himself). When he's on the case his service is top-notch, but in light of my own experience (initially at Orbit then RPW) and recent developments, I'll not touch him with a ten-feet-pole. Ever again.

Have you spoken with the actual owner of the car that you thought you bought?

So Q&A had the car the whole time. We finally got money out of him because we had the car reported stolen and he couldn't do anything with it.
Battista screwed him so he tried to screw Anthracite Leasing. He is no better than Battista.

Quite surprised to see a reaction from Anthracite Leasing almost one year after my lawyer and you came to a mutual agreement. Why now ?

In that agreement i actually paid your company for the car/title that Eduardo Baptisa was supposed to give me. I was acting in complete good fait as Eduardo Baptista signed a contract where he clearly stated to be the rightful owner of the car and that the car was free of any liens or encumbrances. He took off with my 55,000.00 without ever intending to hand me the title.

You offered us to buy the title and after some negotiations we agreed to do so.
Basically i bought the car twice !!! and on top a nice legal bill that totals this nightmare at more then 120,000 US$

Not sure what you're after now, after 11 months.
Both Anthracite Leasing and Eduardo Baptista got paid.

If this is true, Anthracite Leasing has some explaining to do.

I think people should think very carefully before going to the internet to air grievances, because those grievances should be genuine. If they aren't, or aren't after a serious back-end effort of 1-1 resolution, then it is really quite unacceptable that someone should be on the receiving end of such slander; especially not someone in good standing on this forum.

Ivo, (aka Q&A) is a stand up guy. Period. As Porschecup stated he and Ivo go back a ways and both guys can be fully trusted. I purchased a cup from Q&A and the transaction was perfect despite the time zone challenge, shipping logistics, and foreign paperwork. Ivo did EVERYTHING possible to make the transaction work in a fair and equitable manner. When a set of wheels were stolen from his possession he wired funds back to me to replace them. No questions.

Default Q&A Reputable

I have purchased 2 cars from Ivo. Most documented, well managed foreign transactions I have ever done. H even got the shipping container company to bring the container back to re-pack the car given it wasn't up to Ivo's standards. Would buy from him any day without hesitation and bummed he got caught up in a bad deal.

Whoever can collect my money from Eduardo Baptista can keep 50%: He owes me 55,000 + 25,000 in legal fees.
