Default Metal Cap for Modas port

The Modas connector on the Cup Cars is susceptible to get dirt and moisture in it. Protect it with a proper cap. These are new Deutsch Autosport weather tight caps. I'll sell these for $25 plus shipping.

Sorry for the delay responding, I was at Sebring for the weekend. Juan Lopez mad a good suggestion to drill the corner of the cap so a wire can be attached (same idea as the hood pin). PMNA does this to seal the port in IMSA so I'm confident it can be done. I'll try drilling one today. If that works, I'll drill them all before shipping. You can Paypal jandsaustin1 at verizon.net. The amount will be $30 shipped within US

Decided not to drill caps. Not much metal to work with and don't want to creat a path for moisture.

In the mail:

Jim L
Steve G (2)
Mark M
Juan
Brant

For others who PM'd and not on the list above and if you paid PayPal check to make sure you used this e-mail jandsaustin1 at verizon.net

Thanks Guys

Thanks Jerry. This is a huge improvement over racers tape, which PMNA warned me would foul up the pins at some point.

Jim

Your comment about the tape is what inspired me to source these caps, along with the rain racing at Sebring a couple weeks ago
