Default Michelin Cup N1 vs N2

Anyone driven on both and can provide feedback on the differences between the Michelin cup N1 and N2 tires. I just started on the N1 and have 2 more sets until I guess I have to start using the N2 based upon N1 availability.

Thanks

The n2 seems to wear better. Might not be quite as fast but didn't fall off as quickly as the n1.

That's it. N2 lives longer until it starts to loose grip. N1 is a bit faster but looses grip earlier.

stujelly - Ive heard the same thing from a cup team running the N2s at the race a couple weeks ago. They also said better price was had via Subesports as opposed to Jackson....Sube is way more local to you anyway.

I much prefer the N1. N2 requires higher pressure. Takes longer to heat up, may last longer but by then I have been passed - dammit.

I didn't notice much difference in laptimes between N1 and N2 but a huge difference in wear for the front tires. We couldn't finish a sprint race without loosing the front end on the N1 even tough we tried everything we could to adjust (sway bars, rear height, more fuel to increase weight on front end, ...). On N1 the car just had to much rear grip for the front grip available. It was frustrating to have to switch to new tires because front were done while rear were still good...
