Default FS : KMP paddle system kit & Bosch MS4 ABS System

Default FS: KMP Paddle shift system
Hi guys. We recently purchase a cup car from a customer (Joey Kid) at a pretty affordable price. we have a few guys interested in it, but most are trying to keep it pretty affordable in terms of price.

So i think we're going to strip out the Bosch ABS MS4 unit and the KMP Paddle shift kit.

The KMP is a 2013 unit with the last and greatest. Really nice system which lets you keep all hands on the wheel while hammering around the track. If something goes wrong, you can flip a switch on the dash and put it back in regular sequential mode. This is preferrable to some of the systems which dont have the sequential lever as you have a fallback in case of errors or issues or testing.

The system takes about 9 hours to install, and its a pretty simple installation. This kit comes with everything you need including the wheel controls, etc.

If you look at the recent thread in the Cup car forum on KMP Paddle system, you'll see just about the bits and pieces. There is a video of Joe's car on that thread as well showin gthe system in operation;

or you can go to KMP's site. http://www.k-m-p.nl/paddleshift/k-m-p-paddleshift

The system is about $11,800 for Hardware. We will sell this kid for $8500 for someone who might be interested. its complete with everything you need for your car. we only have one such kit.

And if someone is interested in the Bosch MS4 ABS unit, we'll be selling that for $8500 as well (retails for $13000) - harness, system, full kit.

If interested, let me know. Its current installed and working in the car, so it would take us just a few hours to uninstall it.

any questions, please advise.

Is the Bosch ABS required for the KMP system. Or rather is ABS a requirement

Anyone considering one should jump on it...we likely wont see a second hand one on the market for a long time, if ever.

They are totally independent...one doesn't need the other.

Buy from Steve with confidence. I purchased something from him a few years ago and was very pleased with the whole process. Stand-up guy.

they are not required for one another. the bosch is just THE system for motorsport ABS. the thing rocks. ive driven teves and they are really sweet, but when it comes to having the full pacakge, bosch takes the cake.
but not required.

Quick update: thanks so much for those who PM's or email me. crazy, i must have had 4,5 interested parties ready to jump at the KMP, 2 for the ABS and 1 for the pairing.

i just wanted to give everyoen the quick heads up. our first stab is to try to sell by monday/tuesday the Rolex Cup from Joey Kid, 4 liter, WC gearing <RSR suspension, RSR headers/exhaust, 2011/2012 bodywork, monster GTA2 cup with the KMP and ABS for $120. over 220 was put into this car.
thats easiest for us, sell it all wrapped up, someoen get a massive car.
search for Joey Kid or my recent posts and you'll find the thread on the car.

then if not, tosomeone who wants the pairing, both units the kmp and abs to the same buyer; seems like i have 2,3 folk ready to go there, so ill deal with that monday/tuesday. and if nothign there happens, then to whomever wants the pieces individually.

personally if someone is looking ffor a KILLER GTA2 monster club track day car, this Rolex cup is a massive machine for the money. big time.

here's the link to the car for sale.: https://rennlist.com/forums/porsche-...0-cup-car.html

pm for info. thanks again. i wish ihad like 4 of these kits to hook u all up, unfortunately we dont. https://rennlist.com/forums/porsche-...0-cup-car.html
