Toby
Don't put a 9.5 on early center. Narrows track width quite a bit. Use 9 inner and 2 outer on early center.

BBS has any parts that you might need.I just resealed 3 sets of rims and replace 1 cracked half. Unmounting and mounting the tires is the real PIA

does anyone use the Dow sealant between the rim halves? I put a bead of it on the 4 I rebuilt, don't know if it's needed or not but it sure is tough stuff!

The thing is that BBS doesn't recommend using any kind of sealant other than the supplied gasket/O-ring. What you need to do though is tighten the bolts a little bit more when you have run the wheels for a session or so to avoid leaks. I've also been tempted to use sealant plus the O-ring but I'm hesitant now that they recommend against it.
