just removing my ps pump now as I have an RSR pump to install. Wiring and piping seems to be ok ie thanks to other posts.

Just wrt the belt and alignment w/o the ps pump pulley being there anymore ...
any chance anyone has a pic for me?
Do I definitely need the RSR pulley or can I use a flat pulley and attach that on the block where the idler pulley turns in?

Thanks!
Matt

The motorsports part number for a 996 Cup no A/C, not power steering pump belt is: 996.102.151.9B

I put this on a street engine without A/C and pump and it fits. To be fair, engine hasn't run yet, but the belt is easily installed and the tensioner tightens it well.

you need the RSR pulley. the belt loops round this, its not just a tensioner.

I'm pretty sure the idler pulley part # is 996.115.117.9A

I have one made in 02/2008 by Muehleisen.
