Excellent conversion! The spinners in the rear are what the actual RSR's need.
I am selling enough 996 and 997 GT3 RSR parts to build about 6 race cars. I just listed some of the stuff on this site and then saw your thread. Looking at the level of detail you are going for, you may want to check out the listing.

nice project. we are extending our rsr front wings as well to cover the new front rsr tyres,300 650 18 michelins. they just dont quite fit under the arches. are you extending yours for the same reason?
also what weight is your car?
