I have a friend that is looking to take his 2010 Cup to Laguna Seca next month that enforces a 92 db limit.

Does anyone know how loud a fully stock 2010 Cup ?

Mo, my 08 blows 99 db at 50' from the edge of the track.
I know Bob at Competition Racing is building a couple of muffler add on's and air box cover, perhaps he can build one for your friend.
PS, I still have not been able to get PMNA to give me a reading on thier $6,000 pre silencers. I was hoping to know exactly how much it would quite mine down befor i spent the money only to find out it wasn't low enough.

Yeah I was guessing the stock exhaust would be 98-100 db's

I heard about the Bob route but heard the set up runs more than $5k.. yow!

My cup with full Akrapovic pass sound at LS. You can use stock street exhaust on Cup and it will pass sound as long as you route exhaust to all three mufflers vis mikymu switch or plug. This require you to intall street side muffler bracket and center exhaust mount - it is a major PITA ... just ask me how I know.

Bob solution is cheaper than the pre silencers, and it works.

Bobby Faieta has created a "Laguna" system for his 7-cups over the years and now installs it on his customers. I think he's bring 8 cars to Laguna, about half are 10' cups. He's dyno'd the system and says it loses less than 5 whp. Not cheap but not $5k either...Call/write and I'll give you his number...
